運送時間

除非另外註明為現貨,所有貨品需由韓國訂購並由付款日起計14-21日到港。所有現貨訂單將於付款後1-5個工作天內處理及包裝,由本店之貨倉送出。預訂貨品則將於到港後1-5個工作天寄出。運送時間受不同因素影響,本店無法保證不會產生額外費用,如有運費方面查詢請直接聯絡順豐速遞。所有訂單只於星期一至五寄出。訂單寄送次序會以付款先後次序作準。

請留意:如您有任何關於訂單的查詢,請透過whatsapp或電郵聯絡本店。

追蹤訂單

確認電郵會在收到訂單後48小時內發送至您登記的郵箱。貨品寄出後您將收到另一封電郵通知,並附有運單號碼以便追蹤訂單。如您有任何關於運單的查詢,請直接聯絡順豐速遞。

錯誤地址聲明

買家有責任確保於訂單中提交的送貨地址無誤。如您發現提供的地址不正確,請盡快通知我們。本店會盡量配合但不確保成功更改。 如地址不正確,貨品有機會無法送遞或退回至本店貨倉。如遇此情況,我們將再次寄送該訂單並可能收取任何額外的費用。

Handling Time

All orders take 1-5 working days to be processed and packaged before being shipped out of our warehouse. Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional costs, but are our best approximation and vary with specific requests, such as monogramming. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout, which can take up to 48 hours. You will receive a second email once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 - 3 working days for the tracking information to show. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. If you decide to change your shipping address, please write to us at nootofficial95@gmail.com, as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.

Please note that your parcel will be returned to us if the shipping address is incorrect. In this case, we have to wait for your parcel to be returned to us and then we can either re-ship the parcel to your correct address ( additional shipping charges apply ).

Returns

By placing an order at NOOT, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to NOOT. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information on how to make a return.
